Also, I do not think that this is an issue with the Wake on Lan system.
My question is that is there a way to disable the waking on the host controller? I can't seem to disable the wake from the device manager. I do have a AmazonBasics 7 port USB 2.0 hub connected to the computer, all ports are used. When I put my computer to sleep, the computer automatically wakes up between 1 minute and 3 hours.
